Silvio's Secret is Sweet
Multi award-winning Executive Chef at Rotorua's 5 Star
Kawaha Point Lodge, Silvio Sakrzewski, is the only chef in NZ with a Diploma in
Sugar Artistik.  Bowl of Fruit, hand made by Silvio from just .. sugar.
Besides preparing world class meals for the discerning guests
at the lakefront lodge, Silvio crafts the most exquisite pieces from, as he
puts it, simply sugar. A carousel complete with vividly coloured horses, an
intricate underwater scene and a magnificent swan are just some of his
delectable creations. More for display than consumption, Silvio can spend
hours, sometimes days on a single work and now intends to share his peculiar
