In the late 90's the Green family bull-dozed their sheep yards and replaced them with a cold-press olive processing plant. This later extended into a restaurant focusing on Italian cooking and olives. With the beautiful setting of a Romanesque-style dining area, you can also view the processing plant or simply taste some of their fresh olive oil from the counter.

Further down towards the south west in Kukerin, you will find Cambinata Yabbies. The delicate flavours of these freshly processed yabbies have won lavish praise from connoisseurs from around the world. Initially supplying one restaurant in Perth, Cambinata has now established markets in Europe, Asia and United States of America. Meals and tastings are available for pre-booked groups.

Swan Valley is a just 25 minutes drive from Perth and is Western Australia's oldest wine growing region.
