Western Australia's array of food and wine products and experiences is endless. Here are just a few fantastic new products for you to consider:

On the north-west corner of the vast Australian continent, there's a place so exclusive you won't find it on any map. The Bush Camp at Faraway Bay is a unique experience in an untouched area of the Kimberley. The Kimberley Cooking School provides a unique opportunity to learn tricks, tips and inside secrets from one of Australia's top chefs in what must be Australia's most exotic kitchen. This annual school consists of a four-day all-inclusive experience and is restricted to just 12 guests and is a must for the true food enthusiast.

Still in Australia's North West, The Pearl Luggers Experience is an essential tour for anyone choosing Broome as their holiday destination. Since opening in early 1999 the attraction has developed one of the towns most talked about tours and has brought back to life the history and heritage of the early pioneering days. Choose from the day tour which takes and hour and 15 minutes, or the ultimate evening tour which features the tasting of exotic pearl shell meat dishes, a rare delicacy. This special evening tour not only includes a first hand insight into the world of pearling, but the opportunity to view one of Broome's best collections of loose Australian South Sea Pearls.

If you are travelling in Australia's Golden Outback region, you must try Terra Vista - a great olive farm with restaurant located in Hyden, the middle of the Wheat belt near Wave Rock. In the late 90's the Green family bull-dozed their sheep yards and replaced them with a cold-press olive processing plant. This later extended into a restaurant focusing on Italian cooking and olives. With the beautiful setting of a Romanesque-style dining area, you can also view the processing plant or simply taste some of their fresh olive oil from the counter.

Further down towards the south west in Kukerin, you will find Cambinata Yabbies. The delicate flavours of these freshly processed yabbies have won lavish praise from connoisseurs from around the world. Initially supplying one restaurant in Perth, Cambinata has now established markets in Europe, Asia and United States of America. Meals and tastings are available for pre-booked groups.

Swan Valley is a just 25 minutes drive from Perth and is Western Australia's oldest wine growing region. Nowhere in the world will you find so many food and wine outlets located so close to a city, which is why Experience Perth has created the Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail - an innovative system of roadside signs guiding visitors to the many taste experiences available in Perth's Valley of Taste.

Autumn in the Swan Valley is a great place to soak up the last of the '06 vintage action in the Experience Perth region! Eat great food, graze from place to place or settle in at your favourite spot for the afternoon. Sneak preview brand new Verdelho and Chenin, sip and sup sensational boutique beers, explore unique art studios and exhibitions, taste and share just released Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Experience true Swan Valley hospitality at Taste of the Valley festival -every weekend in April and Easter Monday and Anzac Day. For more information contact the Swan Valley and Eastern Region Visitor Centre

In the South West region, Three Water Cruises has introduced the new Sunday Classic Collie River Cruise & Spirits every Sunday starting sunday from 2pm - 4:30pm. Departing from the Parade Hotel and the Bunbury Visitor Centre Pump Jetty, cruises take in the many beautiful sights in this relatively untouched river/estuary system such as classic homesteads, working farms, many unique forms of bird life, flora - even cows and dolphins.

As one of the newest tourist attractions in Australia's South West region is, The Wine & Truffle Co encourages visitors to come and view their operation, taste their wines at cellar door, try some truffle, truffle oil and other gourmet products. You can also participate in seasonal truffle hunts and truffle education sessions.

If you want someone else to do the driving for you while you enjoy the tastes of the West; Australian Pinnacle Tours offer sightseeing coach tours, adventures and accommodation throughout Western Australia. Their coaches can take you through the various wine regions, Fremantle and Perth tourist and gourmet destinations.

Out and About Tours are the wine tour specialists in the Swan Valley, Western Australia's oldest wine region only 30 minutes from Perth city. The "Swan Valley Winery Experience" is a full day tour that takes in five wineries from a large commercial winery through to the small family boutique wineries giving the client the opportunity of experiencing big business through to small family businesses.

Or if you'd prefer to get a birdseye view of Western Australia why not take to the air? Skywest is the major regional airline in Western Australia, providing scheduled services to fourteen destinations from the South West to the North West. You can experience each destination in style and comfort while taking in the magnificent landscapes each region has on offer.
