Intercontinental Sydney Wins

InterContinental Sydney was last night awarded ‘Outstanding 5 Star Hotel’ in the 2005 City of Sydney Business Awards presented by The Lord Mayor of Sydney – Clover Moore.

InterContinental Sydney General Manager Jordan Rodgers said the awards were testimony to the hotel’s continuing commitment to its high level of personalised customer service and its outstanding new facilities.

InterContinental Sydney won this outstanding accolade against some impressive competition including The W Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney and Four Seasons Hotel.

“As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this year, it is fantastic to see both our hotel and the great team of people who make it work recognised by the City of Sydney with such a prestigious award,” Mr Rodgers said.
