Kids’ movies will give parents the chance to enjoy a complimentary dinner during the September-October school holidays at Mobys Beachside Retreat at Boomerang Beach on the mid north coast of NSW.

To mark the start of the summer, surf and swimming season, Mobys has created a seven night school holiday package from $157 a night for two adults and one child in a one bedroom unit. The deal includes a two course dinner for two with wine while the kids catch a movie in the new function and conference centre just upstairs.

Mobys is situated on 2.4 hectares at Boomerang Beach, just over three hours drive north from Sydney and 15 minutes south of Forster. The area is still to be fully discovered and there are no high rise apartments, shopping complexes or hotels. Activities around the Boomerang Beach area are centred on the lakes with fishing and kayaking popular as well as surfing at the beach and touring the national parks.

Stage one of Mobys Beachside Retreat, opened in late November 2003 with 19 beach houses and stage two was completed in October 2004 boosting the total to 45 residences. This stage also included the introduction of the 120 seater restaurant and bar and state of the art conference facilities for up to 150 people. Another 30 beach houses will be finished later this year completing the project and making a total of 75 one, two or three bedroom beach houses with a total guest capacity of 330.
