MFS Expands Accommodation Portfolio with Peppers Aquisition
Finance, tourism and property management group MFS Limited confirmed on 1st March 2005 that they have agreed to acquire Peppers Leisure Limited. MFS will pay nearly $30 million for 100 percent ownership of Peppers Leisure Limited. Under the new business structure, Peppers Managing Director Rolf Krecklenberg will become the Chief Executive Officer of MFS Accommodation Resorts and a board member of MFS. MFS Executive Chairman Phil Adams said the acquisition, along with a full merger with resort and holidays group BreakFree Limited, would further enhance MFS? accommodation product suite.
