Park Hyatt Sydney is delighted to announce that it has been voted the “Best Hotel in Australasia” by readers of Ultratravel, the 500,000 circulation magazine published by The Daily Telegraph, the UK's best selling upmarket daily newspaper.

Sholto Smith of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts was presented with the ULTRA Award by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli at a gala lunch at the InterContinental London Park Lane on May 13th.

Sponsored by MasterCard, the ULTRAs lunch was attended by more than 500 people, including a number of celebrities who are ambassadors for CLIC Sargent, the children's cancer charity which Ultratravel is involved in raising funds for.

Readers of Ultratravel voted in 20 categories to find the Ultratravel100. ULTRAs - the Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards - are presented to those voted the best in their category. The Ultratravel100 is published in the May issue of the magazine.
